Conversational SMS messages may relate to your demo request, AI receptionist setup, appointments, and service updates only when you actively select the optional SMS consent checkbox on our form. Consent is not required to request a demo, is not a condition of purchase, and is not marketing consent.

Program and frequency

Program name: FIIDA INC. (CYOO) Service Messages. Messages support a person's demo request, AI receptionist setup, appointments, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your interaction; no recurring schedule is promised. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and support

Reply STOP to opt out. You should receive an opt-out confirmation through the messaging provider. Reply HELP for help or contact alex.ming@fiida.com. Submitting a demo request alone does not send a text. SMS functionality may not be enabled for every request.

Privacy

Your SMS consent and phone number are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. FIIDA INC. does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information as needed to provide CYOO.
