Privacy overview
CYOO V0.1 is an early prototype. It is not yet an automatically provisioned, customer-specific phone operator. This page describes the prototype call-data flow.
When a call is connected
Call audio is streamed to OpenAI to generate the AI response and speech transcription. CYOO does not record or retain audio files. Transcribed conversation text and basic call details are stored in a private AWS data store for the administrator’s call workspace. The prototype keeps up to the 100 most recent calls in that workspace.
Who can view call text
The call workspace is protected by administrator authentication. Call text is not intended to be public. Do not include payment card numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information in a test call.
Service providers
Phone connectivity uses Twilio. Audio processing and translation use OpenAI. AWS hosts the CYOO website and call services. Each provider may process data under its own service terms and retention settings; those settings should be reviewed before a public pilot begins.
Questions
CYOO has not opened a public customer pilot. Privacy contact details will be provided before a public pilot begins.
